Another NFC South flag for the 2022 Krewe
The 2022 Buccaneers rarely made it easy on the Krewe. Todd Bowles took over as head coach, Tom Brady returned for a third Tampa Bay season, and an uneven campaign came down to a division showdown with Carolina on New Year’s Day. The Bucs won that one and claimed a second straight NFC South title. Their final regular-season record was 8–9; a home playoff loss to Dallas ended the voyage.
*The designated home record includes the 21–16 win over Seattle in Munich. Tampa Bay went 4–4 at Raymond James Stadium and entered the playoffs as the NFC’s No. 4 seed. Roster games, starts and season-leader statistics cover the 17-game regular season.
